O’Connors currently have a fantastic opportunity available to join an industry leading agricultural machinery dealership group in the Regional Operations Manager position.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the business operation of the allocated dealerships, ensuring strong relationships and synergies between all departments, as well as supporting and ensuring the success of the Branch Managers, which in turn will create thriving branches.
You will be innovative in strategic direction in your approach, anticipating future industry trends and be aware of developing emerging opportunities.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, knowledgeable, and passionate about the agricultural industry and its farming practices.
We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic with a commitment to continuous improvement in a dynamic and changing environment.
To be considered for this role you will need to have a background in Agricultural and demonstrate the following skills and experience:
-Strong agricultural knowledge and ability.
-Previous multi-site operations management experience
-Experience in business leadership
-Strong people management skills to both retain and identify, attract, motivate and engage talent.
-Strong business acumen.
-Strong, computer literacy
-Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
There will be an expectation to travel across the dealership network.
This opportunity is a full-time ongoing position and can be based in any of our Victorian dealerships.
