We currently have an exciting opportunity to join O’Connors in Shepparton in a Service Manager role.
This position will be responsible for managing and developing the staff team, providing leadership, training and growth. As well as being responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to further grow the business.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with:
– Leadership and people management skills
– Prior experience and knowledge in the agricultural industry
– Strong commercial abilities accompanied by the financial discipline to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of a dealership
– Well-developed interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
