We have a fantastic opportunity available to join an industry leader in a Sales Manager position for our Ouyen and Mildura dealerships.
As a Sales Manager with O’Connors, you will manage and approve the entire sales process and be responsible for managing and developing the staff team, providing leadership, training and growth.
You will be responsible for your team achieving sales targets and assisting them in this process.
Another key part of this role will be creating and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to further grow the business and maintain competitiveness in the industry.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about the agricultural industry and its farming practices.
A strong commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role and candidates will need to demonstrate:
– Strong sales and marketing knowledge and ability
– Computer literacy, sales aptitude and understanding of basic financial principles
– Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
– Prior experience in the agricultural industry
This position is full-time and will be based in either Ouyen or Mildura dealership.
