As a Sales Manager with O’Connors, you will manage and approve the entire sales process requiring great attention to detail, you will also be responsible for managing and developing the staff team, providing leadership, training and growth. Another key part of this role will be communicating with the farming community, establishing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients to further grow the business and maintain competitiveness in the industry.
The successful applicant will be self-motivated, knowledgeable and passionate about the agricultural industry and its farming practices and have prior experience in the industry.
A strong commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role and candidates will need to demonstrate:
– Strong sales and marketing knowledge and ability
– Ability to identify opportunities, and realise them when they present themselves
– Computer literacy, sales aptitude and understanding of basic financial principles
-Ability to build relationships with staff and foster a culture of can-do attitude with the team
