We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join us in the Parts Manager position in Mildura.

In this position you will grow and develop the parts department with a special focus on retail parts sales.

You will be responsible for the department delivering excellent service and technical parts support for agricultural machinery to customers and our service department.

You will also need to be able to create and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients as well as have the ability to sell our products, market the department and further grow the parts department.

The Parts Manager will participate in the business planning process for the department, including budgets, forecasts, marketing strategies and resource management.

You will also be responsible for managing and developing a team of staff, providing leadership and development to the team.

-Strong commercial abilities accompanied by the financial discipline to oversee the efficient and profitable operation of a dealership

-Retail sales ability with the skills to identify and realise new opportunities.
