A fantastic opportunity now exists to join an industry leading organisation in the marketing department.

O’Connors have a great opportunity to join the company in a Marketing Coordinator position to coordinate content and information to execute successful marketing strategies and communication across the group.

In this key position, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions, website management, social media content management, events, and activities.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistency across all marketing communications and platforms.

A strong commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role, candidates will need to have:

-2 years’ experience in a Marketing or similar role

-Bachelor of Business (Marketing) qualification or similar

-Experience using design programs such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop & Canva

-Strong Microsoft suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)

-Experience using WordPress and eDM software (e.g. Mailchimp).

-Excellent communication skills

-Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

-Exceptional attention to detail

-Enthusiasm and passion for marketing and brand integrity

-Assertiveness and be willing to go above and beyond to accomplish activities.

This role will suit an achievement orientated, self-motivated individual with a marketing or communications background who is ready to be part of a high profile and well-regarded organisation.

An understanding of the agricultural industry is desired but not essential.

This opportunity is part-time and will be centrally located at our Bendigo office. Flexible hours are available.
