O’Connors have a great opportunity available now for an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team in our Condobolin dealership.

In this role you will work closely with all internal departments, providing professional administration and quality customer service for the dealership.

Candidates will be self-motivated and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Being proactive with a can-do attitude, enjoying working in a team while being capable of working individually, having an eye for detail and pride in your work will also be essential.

A strong commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

– Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

– Have superior time management skills, initiative, be able to multi-task and be a forward planner

– Strong computer literacy and administration skills

– Excellent organisational skills and the ability to efficiently complete processes
