O’Connors currently have a great opportunity for an experienced and skilled Administration officer to join the team in our Horsham dealership.
In this role you will work closely with all internal departments, providing professional and efficient administration, support and quality customer service for the dealership.
Candidates will be self -motivated and have excellent communication and presentation skills. Being proactive with a can-do attitude, enjoying working in a team while being capable of working individually, having an eye for detail and pride in your work will also be essential.
A strong commitment to our organisation is required to succeed in this role and the successful candidate will need to demonstrate:
– Well developed verbal and written communication skills
– Have superior time management skills, be able to multi-task and be a forward planner
– Strong computer literacy and administration skills
– Excellent organisational skills and the ability to efficiently complete processes
